On Monday, April 8th, 2019 before his family and friends David William Fountain, II was laid to rest at his final resting place.

As extrapolated from his obituary; “David loved his family. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for them. He was very humorous. He was a jokester. He knew when someone was down; he could put a smile on their face. He was a loving son; father, brother, uncle and friend.”

Subsequently the organization that came known to be Black Lives Matter with a Global Network who began to organize started out as a chapter-based, member-led organization whose mission was to build local power and to intervene when violence was inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes. How it has refused to visit or invest any interest in the enormousness of violent inflicted crimes on Blacks in their communities.

Seemingly this group has lost its calling or is extremely one-sided. For several weeks the news was reporting the finding of human remains which turned out to be that of a young black man to which they had nothing to say.

Predicated of communication(s) with friends and family, David Fountain left home on Christmas Day 2018 and said, I’ll be right back, but was never heard from again.

According to Police Report(s) on or about Wednesday morning March 27th, 2019 David Fountain was found dead in the 2000 block of Hoffner Street. Authorities didn’t specify how Fountain died. However the coroner’s office ruled the death of a 36-year-old man to be a homicide.

It is believed that there is someone out there who knows who shot and killed David William Fountain, II. You are strongly urged to call The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide.  There is nothing wrong in doing so!
