Katelyn Kauffman-Houston, The Justice System Is Failing Her

“A protest and news conference are scheduled Thursday on the Hamilton County courthouse steps, and the protest is about Dr. Durrani victims not receiving their trials.”

Typically a gag order  which is also known as a gagging order or suppression order is a legal order by a court or government thus restricting information or comment from being made public or passed onto supposedly any unauthorized third party.

Similarly a “gag law” could be an act of limiting freedom of the press, by instituting censorship or restricting access to information.

What I cannot understand is; why should there be gag order  on the case for Katelyn Houston, named as Katelyn Kauffman-Houston in a lawsuit against the so called fugitive Dr. Atiq Durrani and the hospitals where he allegedly performed wrongful surgeries. New Marijuana Law Effective In Cincinnati

Cincinnati City Council decriminalize marijuana up to 3 ounces, or 100 grams

Back in June of 2019 Cincinnati City Council decriminalized marijuana up to 3 ounces, or 100 grams. This means Cincinnatians are now able to legally possess up to 3 ounces.

Also, the City of Norwood voted last November that there will be no penalty for possession of up to 6 ounces of marijuana which has doubled the amount Cincinnati has proposed. Continue reading “New Marijuana Law Effective In Cincinnati”
